Rafael Garcia is being sought by Suffolk County Police on an outstanding warrant for Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 5th Degree. On June 12, 2013, Garcia was arrested during a routine traffic stop when the police officer discovered that Garcia knowingly possessed a quantity of cocaine. Garcia was charged with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 5th Degree. A warrant was issued for his arrest on September 12, 2014.
