Luis Vergara is wanted by the Nassau County Police Department on an open felony bench warrant for Criminal Possession of Forged Instrument 2nd Degree. The defendant was originally arrested in April of 2016, after he was found to be in possession of a forged license in an attempt to steal the identity of another. A warrant was later issued in November of 2018 when he failed to appear in court.
